Do you accept refunds/returns?
Yes, we do accept returns/refunds. We ask that you FIRST contact us to see if another alternative to returning will work. Many times it is a manufactur issue. Other times it is just a "lemon" of a product. Either way communication is best. Again, please contact us first and together we can work out the solution.

How do you ship.
We mostly use the United Postal Service for most items. If you are in need of an item faster, contact us and we can make arrangements. Clothing is shipped in a plastic zip bag inside of a poly bag, this is the way most clothes arrive to the stores. Most toys will ship via Priority Mail, some may go by UPS. Shipping is the next day, with many shipping same day.

Shipping seems high.
We set shipping to the Priority Mail price. If we can send the item first class safely we will. We do refund shipping overage of $2.00 or more.

We would love to ship internationally. PLEASE ask for a quote for shipping before you purchase an item.
